Foreign Owned

This company allows for foreign ownership and foreign partnership in Indonesia .
This company may operate freely within Indonesia and may with the correct permits employ it's directors and other foreign staff to consult and manage.

•  Company Deed (Akte Notaris)
•  Tax Registration (NPWP) Jakarta
•  Company Domicile (Domicile Perusahan)
•  Legalisation of the Department of Justice (Pengesahan)
•  National Gazette of the Republic Indonesia (Berita Negara)
•  Tax Registration Regional (NPWPD) Bali
•  Entrepreneurship Tax (PKP)
•  Business location license (SITU/Surat Ijin Tempat Usaha)
•  HO (Law of disturbance license) – for certain business
•  Company Register (TDP)
Note: National Gazette of the Company will be issued after 1-2 years after the legalisation.

NOTE
As of this year there has been several restrictions placed on 100% ownership by foreigners in particular lines of trade. all aplications orenquiries will be checked on a case basis before we can confirm your intended business will be accepted

Domestically Owned

With two appointed Indonesian Shareholders (PT national) or two partners (CV), these will be the legal owners of the company, These companies may employ Foreigners also, subject to approval and necessary permits.

PT Swasta National

  This is a Limited Liability Company, it must consist of at least 2 Indonesian Shareholders. We take care of the following procedures on your behalf.

•  Proposed Company name check in Department of Justice
•  Company Deed (Akte Notaris)
•  Dohe Department of Justice (Pengesahan)
•  National Gazette of the Republic Indonesia (Berita Negara)
•  Business location license (SITU/Surat Ijin Tempat Usaha)
•  HO (Law of disturbance license) – for certain business/industry
•  Business License (SIUP/Surat lijn Usaha Perdagangan)
•  Company Register (TDP/Tanda Daftar Perusahaan)

CV (Commanditaire Vennootschap)

company is owned and established by Indonesian Citizen only and not allowed to buy a property under company name. The CV Company also allowed to hire/sponsor Foreigner as employee (staff) and acquire Working Visa/ KITAS which is allowed to stay in Indonesia for 1 year.

The required permits and documents we arrange for you:

•  Company Regulation Act (AKTA) / Notary, Legalized by the Local Courts
•  Company Business License Letter (SIUP)
•  Company Locality Letter
•  Company tax registration number (NPWP)
•  Environmental Management Certificate (UKL / UPL) (depend on the business)
•  Company License (TDP)
•  HO + SITU - for certain business/industry
•  Other Locality License

After above-mentioned documents finished (approximately 1-2 months), the company is permitted to run the business. The above permits are not inclusive of the building permit (IMB).
